I have a WonderDays voucher – how do I book my experience?

WonderDays vouchers should be activated on receipt by whoever is going to take the experience here: www.wonderdays.co.uk/my-voucher.

Simply enter the voucher reference number found on your voucher.

Once activated, information on how to then contact the partner and book onto your chosen experience will swiftly follow.

Each partner can vary on how you actually book a date with them.


Where can I find my Product Code?

Your product code can be found on your gift voucher itself on the line underneath the expiry date.

Alternatively, you can find your product code online by following the below steps:

  1. On WonderDays website click on “Redeem Voucher” or follow this link: https://www.wonderdays.co.uk/my-voucher
  2. Input your voucher number when prompted.
  3. From here your voucher details will be displayed on the right hand side, select “Click here to see how to use your voucher”.
  4. You will then be able to view your product code under “Experience Information”. Further information on how to book your specific experience can also been seen under “Redemption Information”.

Please note: the product code is made up of a combination of both letters and numbers.


Do I need to pre-book my experience?

Yes, you must book in advance with the experience partner using the contact details provided when you activate your voucher.

We recommend making your booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment.

Some experiences are weather dependant (e.g. hot air balloon rides and driving experiences) so availability can be limited during winter months or to specific times of the year.


Do I need to take the experience before the expiry date or just book?

The experience must be booked and completed before the expiry date. Partners are not obliged to accept any bookings that take place after the expiry date.


I have booked a date, is it possible to cancel or re-schedule?

Once you have confirmed your booking date with a partner, any amendments/ cancellations would be bound by their individual terms and conditions.

If you want to make any changes to an existing booking, you must contact the partner of your experience directly.

If you don't have their contact details to hand anymore, simply login to www.wonderdays.co.uk/my-voucher with your voucher reference number and you will have access to all the relevant contact information.

If you can't log into the My Voucher site please contact us and we will be happy to provide the contact information for you.


My experience has been cancelled, what can I do?

Some experiences are dependent on certain conditions i.e. weather. This can be frustrating but is for participant safety.

There may also be other circumstances beyond the partner’s control that result it being cancelled.

Please get in touch directly with the partner if you are unsure how to re-book for another date or have any other questions about this.


What happens if I miss my booked experience?

Generally if you miss an experience, your voucher will be void.

However, if you feel there are extenuating circumstances behind this, then please get in touch with the experience day partner directly to discuss any options.


What If I have a pre-existing medical condition i.e. heart problems, pregnancy etc.?

Some partners will have restrictions regarding medical conditions, so please read through the information provided in the experience details before purchasing should any of them be relevant to you, or the recipient if it’s a gift.
