Refunds Procedure

If you would like to request a refund on your WonderDays voucher, firstly please contact our team https://www.wonderdays.co.uk/contact-us.

Once your request has been received, a member of our customer service team will send you our refunds form and instructions for you to complete.

Once received, your refund request form will be evaluated and processed by a member of our refund team.

The outcome of your request will be communicated to you via email, and further instruction/ guidance will be provided also.

Please note:

  • All refund requests must be made in writing by contacting our team via email or live chat. All further correspondence regarding refund requests will also be conducted primarily over email.
  • We can only refund to the original purchaser’s method of payment.
  • Beyond the 30-day refund window, obtaining a refund is unlikely. Yet, in certain pre-arranged special situations or extenuating circumstances, refunds can be considered but supporting documentation may be requested, and administrative fees might be applicable.
  • If you have redeemed/activated your voucher with one of our partners, please be aware that we have paid our partner to supply their service to you so you are now their customer and must deal directly with them, having agreed to their terms.
