Can I exchange my experience for something else?

As long as your WonderDays voucher hasn’t yet been booked or transferred to the experience partner, then yes, you can change it for another experience. You can also exchange more than one voucher for something else –the total amount will then be combined for you to use for an alternative experience.

If you would like to exchange more than once, this is also possible as long as the new voucher has not been activated. We try to be as flexible as possible.

What if the recipient doesn’t like the gift I have chosen?

This is one of the perks of purchasing through WonderDays, as no matter how well you know someone, you might not always make the right choice of their perfect gift.

So as long as the voucher hasn’t been booked with the experience partner, they can instead choose to swap it for a different experience. Just enter the vouchers at checkout as form of payment.

How to Exchange Your Voucher

Exchanging your voucher to a different experience is as easy as 1,2,3.

1. Select the experience you wish to exchange to and add it to your basket.
2. Continue to checkout and fill in all of the information for your order.
3. Add the voucher number to the Payment Details section (see image below) and click apply! You can click the + to add/combine multiple vouchers.

If your exchange requires additional funds to be added, enter your payment details or if the exchange covers the cost of the new experience, just click submit. Additional funds will be credited onto a gift card and emailed to you.
